Dr. Michelle C. Almendrala is an Associate Professor of the School of Chemical, Biological, and Material Engineering, and Sciences. She did her training in Reactor Engineering in 2022 by participating in the Online Follow-up Training Course (FTC) and Instructor Training Course (ITC) conducted in the Philippine Nuclear Research Institute (PNRI) and Nuclear HRD Center, Japan Atomic Energy Agency, respectively. In 2023, Dr. Amendrala participated as one of the instructors in the Follow-up Training Course in PNRI. Currently, she is teaching Introduction to Nuclear Science and Engineering in the Nuclear Engineering Track of Mapua University.
